The vegan almond croissants in puff pastry are deep-frozen and thaw on dispatch. Then store in a cool place and consume quickly.

Super as ever :-) keep up the good work.
In our direc-sales in, we offer frozen vegan croissants all year round (classic light-coloured, dark-coloured (with spelt) or irresistible vegan chocolate croissants). And if you're expecting guests, it's worth having some of our delicious cakes and tarts in the freezer. Our vegan Chäschüechli (as far as we know, only available from us) and the super tasty vegan mini pizzas, made with our No Moo, pizza sauce, are also a real classic.
For lovers of savoury bread, we recommend our fine original spelt bread. It can be defrosted at ambient temperature and is ready to eat in a short time. And if you love a crispy crust, you can conjure it up in the oven in just a few minutes.
That's why a visit to our direct sales in Neukirch is always worthwhile.

Raclette
Your Chili No Moo, Rac is a real bomb. I have tried many vegan raclette alternatives, but this .... brilliant!!! The others are all pretty "rubbery" and they don't come close to yours in terms of taste. And it's just as quick as "milk raclette".

Last night we had fondue. With white wine and kirsch, well seasoned. We used boiled chestnuts instead of bread. It was very fine. My compliments!

The best raclette ... we think, because it melts and not just sweats embarrassingly, because it tastes like cheese and not like cardboard or nothing and because it even browns crustily! YES VE GAN!
