Spring is finally here again! The first wild garlic is growing here on Lake Constance. So it's high time for Vegusto's super tender vegan wild garlic sausage and racy venison slices. We collect the wild garlic ourselves in selected areas in the canton of Thurgau.
PS: Our seasonal products also include our fine festive roast. However, this is only available around Christmas.
These croquettes are not fried, but baked in the oven with only a few ingredients. Both young and old can get stuck in with the preparation. This way, everyone's personal favourite filling is guaranteed! [187]
