The Ticino persimmons in raw food quality are the best dried fruit I have ever eaten (and I am spoiled :-))! It was difficult not to eat the whole packet straight away, they tasted so good!

Vegan Fondue
Last night we had fondue. With white wine and kirsch, well seasoned. We used boiled chestnuts instead of bread. It was very fine. My compliments!

Raclette
Your Chili No Moo, Rac is a real bomb. I have tried many vegan raclette alternatives, but this .... brilliant!!! The others are all pretty "rubbery" and they don't come close to yours in terms of taste. And it's just as quick as "milk raclette".
Kakis from Ticino
The Ticino kakis in raw grate quality are the best dried fruit I've ever eaten (and I'm spoiled :-))! It was difficult not to eat the whole package, so delicious they tasted!
