'Bianca' is Italian for 'the white one'. The vegan Bianca Sausage lives up to it's name tasting similar to the Bavarian white veal sausage. The Bianca Vegan-sausage is slightly smoked, mild, yet deliciously fragrant. The purely plant-based sausage is soft in bite and is a genuine delicacy when coated with bread crumbs.
