Swiss organic oats from the the Swiss animal sanctury "Känguruhof".
Normally commercially available oats are heated for a longer shelf life. This vegan organic oat, grown on the Kangaroo animal sanctury in Bernhardzell (Canton St. Gallen) is unheated and is therefore of unique high quality and rich in vitamins and trace elements. The oats were hulled and cleaned in local mills.

There are many uses for oats. It is best known as oat muesli when the oats are freshly pressed at home ( perfect for the precious fatty substances). However, oats can also be cooked as a cereal like rice, refined or used as a side dish. In addition, you can use it to make your own oat milk or process it into desserts.
