Sweet persimmon pieces from wild harvests in Ticino, gently dried to raw food quality.

As these unique persimmon pieces come from wild harvests, the skin of the fruit may have been damaged during growth. This is evident in the form of dark spots, which do not affect the taste.

Persimmons have a high beta-carotene content, which our bodies can convert into vitamin A. This is clearly evident in the orange colour of the flesh. They also contain vitamins B1 and B2, as well as minerals such as potassium, magnesium and phosphorus.
