The vegan sausage, wild garlic is one of the Vegusto seasonal products. The purely vegan sausage is seasoned with the characteristic wild garlic and rounded off with selected herbs.
The wild garlic used for the vegan sausages comes from wild collection. Our expert Vegusto team picks the wild forest garlic themselves and washes and sorts it carefully.
Fried or heated, the taste of the vegan sausage, bear's garlic has its very own character depending on how it is prepared.
The vegan sausage, wild garlic is available every year from the first sprouting of wild garlic in the forests of eastern Switzerland.
