Vegan Quoats

Vegan Quoats
In a world where more and more people are seeking ways to question and consciously shape their lifestyles, the vegan lifestyle has gained increasing significance in recent years. This collection of quotes offers a fascinating and inspiring journey through the thoughts and perspectives of activists, philosophers, artists, and scientists who engage with the ethical, ecological, and health aspects of a plant-based diet. The quotes reflect the diverse reasons why more and more people are making the transition to a plant-based diet and the positive impact this can have on our planet, animals, and ourselves. May this collection inspire reflection on our own beliefs and perhaps even encourage change.

A complete religion will have to include love for fellow creatures.

The Christian conscience cannot be satisfied with the non-application of the 5th commandment to animals for slaughter. Anyone who has ever visited a slaughterhouse will be more or less shocked and disgusted by what they see. Almost everyone comes to the conclusion that the brutal killing of animals that were first raised and fattened in order to finally be eaten is unworthy of today's humanity and especially of Christianity
Günther Weitzel (1915-1984),
German biochemist and university professor.
If modern humans had to kill the animals they use for food themselves, the number of plant eaters would increase immeasurably.
Christian Morgenstern (1871-1914),

Shows respect for all life. I think it's really presumptuous to treat animals with such outrageous cruelty. We can do without all animal products.

Degraded into measuring instruments in cruel experiments, disfigured as a farm animal into a machine, bred sick as a pet and encased in concrete, threatened with extinction as a wild animal and exhibited in zoos as a monument to itself - that is the fate that we have prepared for the animals on this earth.

Incidentally, we don't need so many items made from animal materials in other areas either; here too, one should always consider whether another material would be more tasteful and suitable than leather in the individual case. However, like all considerations, one should do this consideration oneself and not leave it to those who deserve it. Luxury in the wrong sense and silly fashions also play a role here.
Manfred Kyber (1880-1933),

One should treat animals such as deer, camels, donkeys, monkeys, mice, snakes, birds and flies the same as one's own son. How little difference there really is between children and these innocent animals.
