100 g champignons (as desired)
tomatoes, sundried or fresh
Preparation
In the large bowl mix the flour, salt and the instant yeast. Mix in the olive oil and lukewarm water. Knead until the dough is smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes. If the dough seems a little too wet, sprinkle on a bit more flour or if it is too dry add a little bit of lukewarm water.
Place ball of dough in a bowl that has been coated lightly with olive oil. Cover with a kitchen towel and let it sit in a warm place until it doubles in size (about 30 minutes)
Take a baking sheet and coat lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with flour. Punch the dough down, knead and with a rolling pin roll out the dough starting at the centre of the baking sheet and working outwards, use your fingertips to press the dough into the corners.
Mix all ingredients for the tomato sauce and brush it on the pizza base. Then spread the No-Moo Sauce on top and also brush evenly on the base.
Slice the Vegusto Pepp sausage and place together with the vegetable toppings on the pizza. Bake pizza at 200 °C in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes.
