100 g No Moo, Pizza Sauce [Order No: 409]
80 g raw sauerkraut (drained weight)
10 g light spelt flour

Start the cold season off right with sauerkraut and delicious Vegusto products! These tasty patties contain only four ingredients and keep you feeling full for a long time thanks to their high protein and valuable fibre content.
Ingredients for 4 Servings
160 g Vegan Mince [Order No: 155]
100 g No Moo, Pizza Sauce [Order No: 409]
80 g raw sauerkraut (drained weight)
10 g light spelt flour
Preparation
Remove the sauerkraut from the bag, squeeze out the juice (collect the juice to drink) until there is only a little sauerkraut juice left in the cabbage.
Chop the sauerkraut a little with a knife.
Put all four ingredients in a bowl.
Knead everything thoroughly until you have an evenly distributed mixture.
Form four 2 cm thick patties by hand. Fry them in a non-stick pan over medium heat for 15-20 minutes on both sides, covered, until golden brown (no frying oil needed). Turn them occasionally.
The patties are delicious hot or cold.
Serve with jacket potatoes, No Muh garlic dip and a delicate beetroot salad.
