Vegan "egg-flavoured" asparagus dip

The classic sauce for asparagus is also available here in a super-fast vegan version. The black sulphur salt gives the sauce a delicate egg taste.

Preparation

For the dip, mix all the ingredients in a small bowl.
Now leave the vegan asparagus dip to infuse for 10 minutes until the yellow colour starts to glow!

For a rosy colour, use 1 tbsp ketchup instead of the turmeric.
