Preparation

For the fruit-skewers cut Vegan-Sausages Curry, pineapple and banana in 2-3 cm thick slices. For the marinade mix the rest of the ingredients and place the cut pieces into the mixture, and stir to coat. Marinate for half an hour. Thread chunks of Vegan-Sausage Curry, pineapple and banana alternatively onto skewers.

For the vegetable-skewers cut Vegan-Sausages Pepp in 3 cm thick pieces and washed Zucchini into 1 cm thick slices. Cut onions and washed mushrooms into quarters. For the marinade mix the rest of the ingredients. Place the cut pieces into the mixture, and stir to coat. Marinate for half an hour. Thread chunks of Vegan-Sausage Pepp and vegetables alternatively onto skewers.

For the No-Moo-skewers cut No-Moo once lengthwise and cut crosswise four times into 3 cm thick pieces. Cut washed Zucchini into 1 cm thick slices. For the marinade blend the rest of the ingredients. Place the Zucchini pieces into the mixture, and stir to coat. Marinate for half an hour. Thread chunks of No-Moo and Zucchini alternatively onto skewers.

Before serving cover again with appropriate marinade. Arrange skewers on aluminium BBQ plates on grill. Cook brushing occasionally with remaining marinade, until crisp.
