5 g nutritional yeast, 1 tbsp [Order No: 420]
Salt and pepper
Preparation
Clean the mushrooms with household paper towels, remove the stems and cut them into 2-3 mm strips. Cut the cabbage into 5 mm strips.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1-cm cubes. Cook them in 5 dl of salted water for 15-20 minutes, until tender.
Then drain them, reserving the cooking water.
Sauté the chopped onions and shiitake strips in 2 tablespoons of oil for 2 minutes in a large pot or a frying pan.
Add the cabbage and the saved cooking water.
Let everything simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add a little water if needed.
Once the cabbage is tender, the liquid should have evaporated.
Meanwhile, peel the vegan sausages, cut them in half lengthwise, and slice them into 1-cm-thick pieces.
Fry them in a separate pan with 3 tablespoons of oil for 3 minutes.
Add the potatoes, garlic dip, pesto, yeast flakes, and almond butter to the cabbage.
Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the stew with the warm sausage pieces.
