With its smoky spiciness and firm bite, this Swiss vegan Sausage resembles a Swiss meat speciality called "Landjäger". The unmistakable, spicy flavour originates from a seasoning blend of caraway, garlic and fine smoke flavour.

Vegan choice: Vegusto produces many different vegan bratwurst variations. Here we show how you can make a delicious sauce for your barbecue occasion in no time at all. [119]
How are Vegusto vegan sausages made?
We produce Vegusto vegan sausages in a very similar way to how they would be made in a butcher's shop: Except that our raw material (called "sausage meat" in technical jargon) is purely plant-based. The sausage meat (you can think of it as a dough) is produced using a cutter. Once the sausage meat is ready, it is portioned in a sausage filler. The sausages then have to be cooked and packaged.
Vegan sausages for every taste
Vegusto offers Swiss vegan sausages, which are very similar to traditional sausages and others are produced as one of the kind, created with flair.
Whether mild, spicy or smoked: Vegusto has the very thing for everyone! Enjoyed cold, fried or heated.
What is the most popular vegan bratwurst?
Absolute top sellers in our range are the vegan alternative to Cervelat (Knacker) and the vegan alternative to St. Galler Bratwurst. For those who like it a little spicier, we recommend our savoury vegan bratwurst, Pikanter Max.
