Anyone who has already tested it knows that vegan cheeses, unlike cow's milk cheeses, melt badly. Which is no wonder, since cheese alternatives usually consist mainly of starches. Anyone who has ever tried to melt a potato knows that you have to resort to the industry's ingredient magic box. Modified starches and other food industry inventions are a no-go for Vegusto. We use only unmodified, natural organic raw materials.
