The Vegan Bratwurst, Knacker is a Vegusto bestseller. Its smoky flavour, firm bite and appearance are strongly reminiscent of a cervelat. How to use: Peel the sausage, brush with a little oil and fry in a frying pan, on the grill or on a thin sausage stick in the wood, for 3-4 minutes, not too hot. There is no need to cut into the sausage. It is also a pleasure to eat the Vegan Bratwurst, Knacker raw with a crispy Bürli, a few slices of No Muh, Rezent (order no. 403) and a spicy-sweet mustard (order no. 429). Tip: The Vegan Bratwurst, Knacker can be steamed together with vegetables. The steam makes it nice and tender.
